"1 million Stars/10!!!! Switched from another State Farm branch to Courtney Rogers' and WOW. Top knotch, 5-star, white glove customer service every single time I've called. They care about their customers and you can hear it in their voice. Ginette answered the phone very promptly midway through the first ring and was very patient and thorough in hearing my questions. She took down the details, and made sure she had addressed all of the points I mentioned. She gave an update when she needed more time to investigate the situation. Following up with a phone call rather than text/email adds such a personal touch and true sincerity. She even took extra time to address some concerns and guided me through what my specific renters policy covers; sent the declaration page with more specifics in the event of an issue. Never received even a 10th of that level of customer service from the previous branch. Ginette and the Courtney Rogers' team are amazing!"

"I was billed $100 more than I was quoted for the first cycle, and was unable to get the office to return my calls in time to cancel the policy or do anything about it. I had an excellent experience in the past working with Daniel, but was told he’s gone and have had nothing but negative experiences since. I was assured it was a simple mistake and would be fixed before billing when I initially reached out, but today was told it’s actually correct and the previous person I spoke to gave me incorrect information… but somehow that’s MY responsibility? I am in the process of switching to an identical policy through Allstate, for nearly 50% less in premiums a month. Everything about this process has felt dishonest and slimey from the office."
